This role supports SRX Diamonds buyers through requirement intake, diamond specification follow-up, memo coordination, and clear internal notes for sourcing and operations.
Responsibilities
- Support buyer communication across email, phone, and follow-up notes.
- Capture diamond requirements including shape, size, color, clarity, report preference, quantity, budget, and timing.
- Coordinate memo details, parcel requests, and status updates with the SRX team.
- Maintain accurate records for sourcing requests, report review, and trade conversations.
- Escalate time-sensitive buyer needs and special requests to the right internal contact.
Requirements
- US work authorization.
- Professional written and phone communication.
- Strong attention to detail with client, product, and follow-up notes.
- Comfort working with B2B buyers, timelines, and confidential trade information.
- Diamond, jewelry, luxury, sales support, or operations exposure preferred.
Helpful Experience
- Experience with natural diamond terminology, grading reports, or memo workflows.
- Familiarity with jewelers, wholesalers, manufacturers, or luxury product operations.
- CRM, spreadsheet, or structured sales-support experience.
